Create and Configure an Endpoint
Proceed as follows to create a new endpoint or to edit an already existing endpoint.

Opens the endpoint details

Deletes the respective endpoint

Endpoint address
Shows the exact address of the respective endpoint

Status
Shows whether the connection to the respective endpoint is paused or active. ⚠ Caution: This status only shows whether the connection has been paused in Eliona. The status does not show whether the connection is actually successful. The connection can be shown as "Active" even if, for example, an error is present. You can see whether the connection is actually successful in the ↗ Endpoint Details

Pause/Start
Pauses/resumes the connection to the respective endpoint

The individual endpoints
Create a New Endpoint
In the sidebar, click on Connection [A]
▷ The "Connections" window opens
In the OPC UA [B] tab, a list of all already connected brokers is displayed in the workspace [C].
◈ If you do not see any entries, no endpoints have been created yet.
◈ Endpoints that were created in other projects are also displayed.
Click on [D] to create a new endpoint
▷ The ↗ Endpoint Details open
Edit an Existing Endpoint
In the sidebar, click on Connection [A]
▷ The "Connections" window opens
In the OPC UA [B] tab, a list of all already connected brokers is displayed in the workspace [C].
◈ If you do not see any entries, no endpoints have been created yet.
◈ Endpoints that were created in other projects are also displayed.
For the endpoint you want to configure, click on [F]
▷ The ↗ Endpoint Details open
