🚨Alarms

The Alarm Overview

In the sidebar, click on [A] to open the alarm overview. In the alarm overview, you will see a list of all outstanding alarms.

"Alarms" menu item

Click to open the alarm overview. The icon on the menu item has the color of the alarm with the highest priority and disappears when no alarms are active.

"Priority" column

Shows the priority of the alarm. Note: The priority is set when ↗ creating a rule

[C]

Indicator for acknowledgment obligation

Appears when an alarm is ↗ subject to acknowledgment

[D]

"Comes" column

Indicates when the alarm was triggered

[E]

"Alarm duration" column

When an alarm has disappeared: Shows how long the alarm was present

[F]

"Goes" column

Indicates when the alarm stopped being triggered.

[G]

"Asset" column

Shows which asset was affected by the alarm

[H]

"GAI" column

Shows the GAI of the asset for which the alarm was triggered

[I]

"Attribute" column

Shows which attribute was affected by the alarm

[J]

"Value" column

Shows the value

[K]

"Tags" column

Shows the tags that were assigned to the rule through which the alarm was created ◈ Only tags that are in a category that has been marked as a ↗ favorite are displayed. For more information, see ↗ Display of Tags

[L]

"Alarm text" column

Displays the notification ◈ Note: The content of the notification can be defined when ↗ creating a rule.

[M]

"Acknowledged by..." column

Indicates who ↗ acknowledged the corresponding alarm

[N]

"Acknowledged at" column

Shows when the alarm was acknowledged.

[O]

"Type" column

Here, the type set in the rule is displayed ↗ Create a rule.

More options

Displays further options for the corresponding alarm

Acknowledge with comment / Logbook

Acknowledge an alarm and add a comment. If an alarm has already been acknowledged with a comment, the "Logbook" option appears. The comment that was entered when an alarm was acknowledged with a comment is displayed in the logbook

Create a ↗ ticket for the corresponding alarm

Go to the ticket for the corresponding alarm

Display the rule that triggered the corresponding alarm

Go to asset

Calls up the asset details of the corresponding asset.

Go to asset on the map

Displays the corresponding asset on the ↗ map. ◈ If no position is assigned to the asset, the map is opened in the ↗ default map section

Go to BIM

Open the ↗ BIM of the corresponding asset. ◈ If no BIM is assigned to the asset, the BIM menu is opened.

When this switch is ON: Acknowledged alarms are displayed. When this switch is OFF: Acknowledged alarms are hidden

When this switch is ON: Paused alarms are displayed. When this switch is OFF: Paused alarms are hidden

Displays the ↗ Alarm History

[Y]

Acknowledge all

Acknowledges all active alarms at once. After clicking, a dialog window opens in which a comment can optionally be entered. Only alarms with an acknowledgment obligation are considered.

Columns

Calls up a menu via which the different columns can be displayed and hidden

Export alarms

Exports the current alarm overview as a file. Options are: – CSV format – XLSX format (Excel compatible) The export file contains all visible columns in the current view.

Customize View

You can customize the display of alarms to your requirements. To do this, click on column [W]

Show/hide columns

Use the ↗ switches to show or hide individual columns.

Arrange columns

You can arrange columns using ↗ drag and drop

Display of Tags

Change the order of the displayed tags

You can adjust the order in which the tags are displayed. To do this, you must put the categories in the desired order in tag management.

Detailed View

Click on [Q] to open the detailed view.

Alarm History

In the alarm history, all dismissed alarms as well as acknowledged alarms appear. Entries from the alarm history cannot be deleted.

Open Alarm History

  1. Click on [V]

    ▷ The alarm history opens.

Operate Alarm History

The alarm history is operated using the same controls as the alarm overview.

Export Alarm History

  1. Open the alarm history

  2. Click on [AD]

  3. Click on AE or AF to download the alarm history as a .csv or .xlsx file.
