Global Analytics and Reports
Also known as Public or Project Analytics/Reports
Overview
With Global Analytics and Global Reports, you create cross-project evaluations and reports. These are visible to all members of the project and can be managed centrally. Only the person who created them can change them. Global content is marked with a blue dot.
Create a global Analytic or a global Report

Make sure you are in the menu item → Analytics & Reports [A]
Click on [B1] (Add analytic) or [B2] (Add report)
▷ The Create analytic or Create report window opens
Select the type Project [C1]
Enter a name [C2]
Click on Create [C3]
▷ The global analytic or global report is created
Edit existing Analytics/Reports
If you want to release an existing analytic or report afterward:
Click on the meatball menu [F]
Select Edit
Change the type to Project
▷ The analytic/report becomes global and is moved to the corresponding folder
Managing Global Analytics and Reports
Global content is automatically categorized into the following folders: → Project analytics [D] → Project reports [D]
◈ This content is marked with a blue dot [E]
◈ Global analytics and reports can be moved as desired within their area
Permissions
User analytics and User reports are only visible to the person who created them
When you select Project in [C1], it is automatically shared with all project participants
Only the person who created a Project Analytic or a Project Report can edit or delete it
