The Roles Menu

You can view, manage, and create new roles via the Roles menu.

Open the Roles Menu

You open the Roles menu via: Engineering -> Roles

Available Options

The Roles Menu

A	List of project roles	A list of all available project roles
B	Project role	The individual project roles
C	Project column	Shows in which projects this role is used
D	Indicator	Indicates that this role is used in more than one project. Hover the mouse over this element to see all projects in which this project role appears
E	Delete role	Deletes the corresponding role
F	Duplicate role	Duplicates the corresponding role
G	Configure role	Opens the respective configuration menu -> Configure project role -> Configure system role
H	Browse the role list	Display more roles (if available)
I	System role	A single system role
J	Create new project role	-> Create a custom project role
K	Create new system role	-> Create a custom system role
L	Search	Search for roles
M	List of system roles	A list of all available system roles
