Input Switch

The "Input Switch" widget combines 3 functions:

  • Display values

  • Switch values

  • Display analog trends

The "Input Switch" widget with 2 connected assets

You can link multiple assets with this widget and see the value and an analog trend for each individual asset. Via a switch, you can toggle between 2 values for each asset.

Example: You link several air conditioner assets to the widget. You can see for each individual air conditioner:

  • the current or aggregated temperature (value)

  • the temperature curve (analog trend)

For each air conditioner, you can set new values directly via the widget.

Title

Title of the widget. Is influenced by the selection of the "Primary Asset" (see below).

"Values" section

This section displays the values of the assets that were linked to the widget under [I].

Value

The respective value of the asset.

[C2]

Asset Title

The respective name of the asset. The name can be freely chosen when configuring the widget for each asset [I5]

"Switch" section

In this section, the switches that are configured in [J] are displayed

Title of the switches

The titles that are displayed here can be adjusted under [X].

[D2]

Switch for the first asset

Switch for the first asset that was added under [J]. In the example, the switch refers to "Air conditioner Office 1" and is in the "On" state.

Switch for the second asset

Switch for the second asset that was added under [J]. In the example, the switch refers to "Air conditioner Office 2" and is in the "Off" state.

[E]

"Trends" section

Displays the value history of the assets that were linked under [K].

Set scale

Click to choose whether a day, a week, or a month should be displayed.

Primary Asset

Select the primary asset. This selection determines which title [A] appears in the widget

Here you can link one or more assets that are displayed in the "Values" section [C]

Linked Asset

A linked asset. The data of this asset is displayed in the "Values" section [C]

Handle

If multiple assets are present: Use this handle to rearrange assets via drag and drop

Remove

Remove the respective asset from the widget. This only affects the display in the widget. The actual asset is not deleted.

Attribute

Here you can select the attribute

Title (This field only appears when field [I4] has been filled out)

You can give the linked asset an individual title. This title is displayed in the widget under [C2]

[I6]

Current Value / Aggregated Value (This field only appears when field [I4] has been filled out)

You can choose whether the current value or an aggregated value should appear in the widget.

Click here to add another asset that should appear in the "Values" section

Switch

Here you can link one or more assets that are displayed in the "Switch" section [D]. You will be able to configure these assets directly via the widget.

A linked asset. The data of this asset is displayed in the "Switch" section [D] and can also be controlled there.

Choose how much space the widget should occupy on the dashboard.

Control Values

Next to each asset linked in [J] is a switch [D2]/[D3].

  • Click on a switch that is in the "ON" state to set this switch to "OFF"

  • Click on a switch that is in the "OFF" state to set this switch to "ON".
