Create Tasks
Task Menu

Follow the steps from -> Configure Ticket
Click on
in the bottom right of the -> Ticket Details
▷ The Task Menu opens
Fill in the "Assigned to" field to assign the task to a person.
Give the task a title.
Select a reason for the task.
Write a description of the task.
Optional: Attach an asset and add a file if necessary.
Click on "Create task".
▷ The "Task Details" open.
Here you can begin editing the task. -> Start and complete a task
