Create a New Escalation

1. Click on Engineering [A]

2. Click on Escalation [B]

3. Click on [C]

   ▷ The window [D] opens

4. Give the escalation a name [E]

5. Click on Create [F]

   ▷ The "Configure Escalation" menu opens

   ▷ The escalation has been created but still needs to be configured

   ▷ Continue with the chapter -> Configure Escalation
