Open Notification Provider

  • Open the menu item Engineering [A]

    β–· The "Engineering" workspace opens.

  • Click on [B]

    β–· The "Notifications providers" menu opens

    β–· You will see a list of the available notification providers.

  • To get to the β†—Job diagnostic click on [C] " Show job diagnostic"

  • To Email configuration [D] β†— Email.

  • To Google Chat configuration [E] β†— Google Chat.

  • To Slack configuration [F] β†— Slack.

  • To SMS configuration [G] β†— SMS.

  • To eCall configuration [H] β†— eCall.

For alarms to be successfully escalated to users, the escalation channels (Notification Providers) must be configured correctly.

Escalation channels apply system-wide.

This means that each escalation channel is configured only once and then applies to every project in the system.
