Utilize QR-Code
This guide describes how to use the QR code to access the asset's electronic documents on-site.
Have you imagined what a technician's daily routine would be like if they had to carry a manual or look things up online to maintain every asset?
With a QR code, you can simplify a lot of things. In Eliona, first deposit the necessary electronic documents directly with the asset and then create a QR code to retrieve the asset and related documents through it.
Upload documents to the asset
In the main Asset Management menu in Eliona, you can click on the desired asset to enter the asset details.
Under Attachments you can upload all the necessary documentation related to the assets, such as a manual or technical guide, etc.
Create QR code
Click the QR code icon on the asset detail page to download the QR code of the asset. This QR code can be used to quickly access the asset detail page.
Print the QR code and stick it on the device, or send it electronically for quick access to asset details.
Scan QR-Code
The camera can be used to scan the QR code on site, which then redirects to the asset detail page where you can view or download all documents.
