Chapter Overview: Using and Configuring the Legacy Feature

Legacy overview

  1. Edge Nodes: Shows the number of edge nodes.

  2. Agents: Shows the number of agents.

  3. Names: Shows names of the Edge Notes.

  4. Number of Agents: Shows the number of agents from the Edge Node.

  5. Configure Edge Node: Click > to configure the Edge Node.

Configure Edge Node

  1. Names: Shows names of the Edge Node.

  2. Identification Code: Enter the identification code.

  3. Asset: Select a hardware asset.

  4. Vendor: Enter the vendor.

  5. Model: Enter the model.

  6. Save: Save changes to the Edge Node.

  7. Agent Name: Enter the agent name.

  8. Type: Displays agent type.

  9. Configure Agent: Click > to configure the agent.

Create Agent

Choose Agent Type

Choose an Agent Type between MQTT/OPCUA/BACnet/IOSYS/URL/Webhook/Kafka/SBUS/MBUS/TTN/TRK.

Name & Port

Enter a name and port and create the agent.

Configure Agent

  1. Name: Name of the agent.

  2. Client ID: Client ID of the agent.

  3. Server Address: Enter the discovery server address.

  4. MQTT Broker Address: Enter the MQTT server address.

  5. Version: Select a version.

  6. TLS: Enable/disable TLS.

  7. User name: Enter a user name.

  8. Password: Enter a password.

  9. Proxy URL: Enter the SOCKS5 proxy URL (optional).

  10. Keep Alive: Select a value.

  11. Network Operation Center Address: Enter the address.

  12. Network Operation Center Token: Enter the token.

  13. Subscription Address: Enter the address.

  14. Unconnected Access entries: List of unconnected access entries.

  15. Status: Status of the individual disconnected access entries.

  16. Asset: Select an asset.

  17. Device ID: Enter the device ID.

  18. Device EUI: Enter the Extended Unique Identifier of the device.

  19. Act Type: Enter the Act Type.

  20. App EUI: Enter the Extended Unique Identifier of the application.

  21. App Key: Enter the App Key.

  22. App Skey: Enter the App Security Key.

  23. Dev Address: Enter the dev address.

  24. NWK Skey: Enter the NWK security key.

  25. Description: A short description of the Access entry.

  26. Connect Access Entries: Click the check mark to connect the Access entry.

  27. Connected Access entries: List of connected Access entries.

Agent list

  1. Active Agents: Hide the active agents.

  2. Agents turned on: Hide the agents that are turned on.

  3. Deactivated agents: Hide the deactivated agents.

  4. Filter: Filter the list by agent type.

  5. Unlinked Assets: List all the unlinked assets in the project.

  6. Name: Name of the agent.

  7. Agent Type: Displays the agent type (MQTT/OPCUA/BACnet/IOSYS/URL/Webhook/Kafka/SBUS/MBUS/TTN/TRK).

  8. Edge Node: Edge Nodes which are associated with this agent.

  9. Devices: Number of devices.

  10. Access Entries: Number of Access entries.

  11. Unconnected Devices: Number of unconnected Access entries.

  12. Configure Agent: Click > to configure the agent.
