Smart Assist Elements

Elements overview

Same as Dashboard, various elements (widgets in dashboards) can be selected in the Smart Assist Constructor and configured individually for a kiosk view. The following elements can be selected:

Value

The "Value" element displays the current data of a sensor. Press and hold the lower right corner of the element and drag it to change the display size.

Configuration:

Select the element type.
Select a default color that will display the element of the corresponding value.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Select the desired layout of the element.
Add colorizations based on value levels.
Select the asset and choose the value to be displayed.

Trend

The "Trend" element visualizes a trend line of any value. Press and hold the lower right corner of the element and drag it to change the display size.

Configuration:

Select the element type.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Select whether the data is analog or digital.
Select whether the trend element should be displayed with lines, bars or lines & bars.
Select whether the current value should be displayed.
Select whether to display a target area in the element.
Select with which labels the Y-axis should be displayed.
Select the asset and choose the value to be displayed.

Donut

"Donut" displays percentages of different data points in an area. Press and hold the lower right corner of the element and drag it to change the display size.

Configuration:

Select the element type.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Select whether the chart should be displayed with a legend of the data points or only the chart.
Select whether the data should be displayed with the corresponding units or in percent.
Select the assets and choose the values to be displayed.

Radar

"Radar" is a 2D graph to display multivariate data, where each variable is assigned an axis and the data is plotted as a polygonal shape over all axes. Press and hold the lower right corner of the element and drag it to change the display size.

Configuration:

Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Select whether a legend should be displayed below the radar.
Select whether the values or percentages are to be displayed in the legend.
Selection of asset and values to be displayed.

Sankey Diagramm

"Sankey Diagram" is flowchart in which different values can be contrasted.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Choose the color.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Configure the text style.
Selection of asset and values to be displayed.

Icon

A symbol can be displayed via the "Symbol" element.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Choose the color.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Select the asset and values.

Weather

"Weather" displays the current weather as well as the forecast for a specific location.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Selection display weather with/without or only weather preview.
Weather display location selection.

Alarm

"Alarm" shows the number of alarms or a list of alarms.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Choose the color.
Select the variant of the element (Large: shows Active and Acknowledged alarms, Small: shows only the total number of alarms).
Select whether to display all alarms or only alarms of a specific asset.
Selection of asset and values to be displayed.

Ticket

"Ticket" displays the number of tickets.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Choose the color of the element.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Selection display between large and small display.

Meetings

"Meeting" displays scheduled appointments from a calendar.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Choose the color of the element.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Definition of accounts which should not be displayed in the element (hide). Separate multiple addresses with comma.
Definition Text that will be displayed in the element after clicking the Login button.
Definition of fallback text (if message to appointment organizer could not be delivered) displayed in the element.
Definition of default information text without appointments.
Selection of calendar asset from which the appointments will be displayed in the element.

Map

"Map" displays maps and asset points on maps.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Selection Display only position or position and status of assets.
Selection Display of assets on the map.

Heatmap

"Heatmap" displays data values in color on a map.

Konfiguration:

Auswahl Element-Typ.
Wählen Sie aus, ob Sie einen zusätzlichen Titel hinzufügen möchten.
Auswahl Karte oder Stockwerk. Bei Stockwerk können periodische Daten angezeigt und nach Tag und Uhrzeit gefiltert werden.
Auswahl Anzeige der Assets auf der Karte.
Auswahl Anzeige statisch oder dynamisch. Bei dynamischer Darstellung können obere und untere Grenzwerte festgelegt werden, welche sich farblich unterscheiden (hell > dunkel).

Storey

"Storey" displays the floor plan of a floor and defined, freely selectable asset points.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Choose the color of the element.
Selection of display type "Simple" or "Status". With "Simple" only the occupancy status of the asset (free/occupied) is displayed and "Status" displays the value.
Selection of assets to display on the floor.

Tracking

"Tracking" displays asset points on a map.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Floor Asset Selection.

Progress

"Progress" visualizes process progress or states.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Select background color of the element.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Configure the text style.
Select if you want to show the progress bar.
Select if value type should be absolute (value display) or relative (percentage display).
Input of the limit values (optimum value and maximum value).
Selection display asset and value.

Range

"Range" visualizes the difference between the maximum and minimum values in each category.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Selection of the range variant "Temperature" yes/no.
Selection Display of assets and values.
Selection of other assets.
Definition of the minimum range.
Definition of the maximum value.

Comfort

"Comfort" element helps to recongnize relationship between the geography of an area and data that might have been collected, e.g. temperature and humidity.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Selection assets for the temperature and humidity.

Calendar

"Calendar" shows the status and events within a defined time interval (e.g. meeting room occupied when and for how long).

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Choose the color of the element.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Selection Display the desired assets.
Definition of time range for presence calculation.

Inputs & Switches

"Inputs & Switches" is an interactive element to insert virtual switches and controllers into the Smart Assist.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Selection of input type. For "Button", a reset time must be defined in seconds (after the defined time, the button status is reset to "0").
Selection of asset to be controlled.
Selection of other assets.

Image

"Image" embeds an image (JPG, GIF, PNG) into the Smart Assist.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Selection background color of the element.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Selection associated asset.
Click on the "Upload" button or drag and drop the image file into the field.
Upload field for additional image file.

iFrame

With "iFrame" web content (note: Youtube videos see next point) can be inserted.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Enter the URL to be displayed in Smart Assist.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.

Youtube video

With "Video" YouTube videos can be integrated into the Smart Assist.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Definition Autoplay or manual start of the video.
Definition if video has to run in a loop.
Enter URL Youtube video to be displayed in the Smart Assist.

Table

Table" can be used to display data from assets in tabular form.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Selection background color of the element.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Selection Display single or multiple assets. For multiple assets, the column titles can be defined.
Selection of title.
Selection the asset and values to show in the table.

Time

"Time" displays the current time and date.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Selection background color of the element.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Configure the text style.
Selection display date yes/no.

Dynamic Text

The "Dynamic Text" element displays data-based texts related to assets.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Background color selection.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Configure the text style.
Selection Display asset and value.
Title selection (displayed in the upper left corner).
Selection Values Text (displayed at the top right of the element).
Main text selection (displayed in the center of the element).

Text

"Text" is for displaying free text.

Configuration:

Element type selection.
Configure the text style.
Select whether you want to add an additional title.
Selection of background color of the element.
Input text. For emojis, click the corresponding icon and paste them over the input field.
