Users

Contents of this chapter: User management and information

Users can be created by the owner and administrators. These users are then assigned to a project with a role. This chapter explains the Engineering submenu Users.

  1. My Profile: Click to open your profile.

  2. Archive: Open the archive to view or restore the removed users.

  3. Search function: Click to open the search function.

  4. + User: Create a new user.

  5. Name: Sort the names alphabetically, descending/ascending.

  6. Email: Sort the email addresses alphabetically, descending/ascending.

  7. Role: Sort by roles.

  8. Last Login: Sort by date of last login.

  9. Tags: Show the tags of user.

  10. Remove User: Click to remove the user.

  11. Further details: Click the arrow or name to configure the user.

User configuration

  1. Information: The user details can be changed by clicking on the pencil icon.

  2. Contacts: Determine here how the user should be contacted.

  3. Projects: Here you can see the projects with the corresponding role to which the user is assigned.

User default location

To manage the default location, you must first enter your own profile and then click on the gear icon.

In the search field, localities can also be entered for automatic search (Winterthur, Zurich, etc.).
