Templates

Contents of the chapter: Purpose and configuration of templates

In Eliona, templates can be configured for escalation cases that are used by external messaging services, for example via SMS, Google Chat, Slack or email.

The templates are located under Settings, in the Templates submenu.

Templates Overview

  1. Name: Title list of the created templates.

Template Configuration

  1. Template: First, choose which template you want to set up.

  2. Template design: Enter text for Custom Type. Otherwise, the default text appears.

  3. Save: Click Save to apply changes.
