Smart Assist

Overview

With Smart Assist, you can create individual displays on which data and information can be shown. You can display the created Smart Assists on one screen to give people a quick overview of all the information they need. People who do not have an Eliona login for your project can also view specific Smart Assists.

Example: You have a screen in the cafeteria of your building on which you display interesting data and information for employees and guests. For example, you display the current data of your photovoltaic system, the weather, the latest news and the number of people who are in the building.

Smart Assist Overview

1. Calling up Smart Assists: Click on "Smart Assist" or the icon in the navigation bar to open the Smart Assist function.

2. +View: Click to create a new Smart Assist View.

3. Open Smart Assist Views: Click on any existing Smart Assist View in the list.

4. Slider Groups: Click to open the Slider Groups Menu.

5. Smart assist Menus: Click to make views available to selected users.

6. Add Folder: Click to create a new folder.

7. Open Smart Assist: Click on the arrow or on the name to open the Smart Assist.

8. Bookmark/Remove: Click the three dots to remove or bookmark the Smart Assist.

9. Folder Name Change: Click the pencil, so you can rename the folder.

Create View

With Smart Assist, views with different blocks can be individually compiled and displayed on a monitor via a browser.

VIew Editor

1. Name: Determine a name for the Smart Assist.

2. Icon: Select an icon from the icon library to be displayed by the Smart Assist name.

3. Access Link: Copy the access link to share or open it. When the link is opened, the Smart Assist is displayed.

4. Access Permission: Determine if everyone has access to the Smart Assist or only people with project permission.

5. Show in new window: Click to open the current Smart Assist view in another browser window.
6. Remove: Press the button to delete the current Smart Assist.
7. Small width: The view will be displayed in narrow view (smartphone view).

8. Full width: The view is displayed in full width (desktop view).

9. Date Picker: Select the checkbox if you want to display aggregated dates for trend and range blocks.

10. Show raster: Select if you want to display the grid guides.

Slider groups

Slider groups allow you to display different Smart Assists, which change at a fixed time interval and in a predefined order.

Add Slider

1. Sort: Click "Name" to sort slider groups alphabetically

2. + Slider: Click to create a slider group.

3. Add Folder: Click to create a new folder.

4. Edit: Click on the pencil to allow you to rename the folder.

5. Open Slider Group: Click the arrow or name to open the slider group.

Slider Group Configuration

1. Name: Here you can name the slider group.

2. Slider order: The order of the smart assists that will be played.

3. Move item: Click on the hamburger icon and drag the smart assists into the desired order

4. Link: Browser URL of the slider group.

5. Show in new window: Click to open the slider group in a new tab.

6. Remove Slider Group: Click to remove the slider group.

7. Interval in seconds: Waiting time between view changes in seconds.

8. Add View: Click to add a new Smart Assist to the Slider group.

9. Remove View: Click to remove a view from the slider group.

SMARTassist menu

In the SMARTassist menu, you can assign the view of existing Smart Assists to people and remove them.

1. Users: Select one or more users.

2. Configure availability of views for selected user: Click the views that should be available to the selected users. Unselected Smart Assists will have their availability removed, even if they were previously available.

3. Current available views for: Here you can see the available Smart Assists for a selected user (only 1 user may be selected).

4. Save: Click save to keep the changes.
