Renzbox is an intelligent handover platform for parcels and many other goods. Renzbox offers various dynamic mailbox systems to make delivery processes more efficient and flexible.
Data from the Renzbox cloud can be implemented in Eliona. After all configuration details of the Renzbox cloud have been transferred to the configuration of the service in Eliona, all devices with Eliona assets will be linked:
Enter the URL of your Renzbox.
Enter the "Private Key".
Enter the certificate.
Enter the "CA".
If a package has been delivered to you, you will receive an email. You can use the default template or overwrite the template individually.
Then link the Renzbox boxes to the corresponding users. The assigned boxes are now displayed in the user details. In addition, you have the option to activate or deactivate "E-mail notifications".
If something has been sent to you, you will receive the message in the Smart Assist with a PIN to open the corresponding box and remove the item. You can also display (for example, on a screen at the entrance) a Smart Assist that shows a PIN for the delivery of shipments (For the supplier).
Link the Renzbox and Renzbox boxes to their respective Eliona assets. Click to link an existing asset or to create and link a new asset.
