People using Eliona always need a user, which is then assigned to at least one project. If the user does not have a project, he will not have access to Eliona.
Click on Eliona Engineering at the bottom left and click on the Users tab. To create a user, click and fill in the required fields.
After you have filled in all the fields, you can click Confirm.
