Create a shortcut on your smartphone home screen to launch Eliona in an even more user-friendly way. After you create a shortcut, Eliona can be opened like a normal smartphone app.
If you want to install the SmartAssist as a display shortcut, add "/sa" to your URL and follow the steps below.
Tap on "Add to Home Screen":
The Eliona app will now appear on your home screen:
Open the link of your Eliona system(e.g.: https://kunde.eliona.cloud). You will be taken to the login page. A notification will ask you to install the app. Tap on "Install":
Depending on your browser and browser version, the notification may not appear automatically. In this case, follow the steps below:
