Install the Eliona App

Create a shortcut on your smartphone home screen to launch Eliona in an even more user-friendly way. After you create a shortcut, Eliona can be opened like a normal smartphone app.

iOS

If you want to install the SmartAssist as a display shortcut, add "/sa" to your URL and follow the steps below.

  • Tap on "Add to Home Screen":

  • The Eliona app will now appear on your home screen:

Android

  • Open the link of your Eliona system(e.g.: https://kunde.eliona.cloud). You will be taken to the login page. A notification will ask you to install the app. Tap on "Install":

Depending on your browser and browser version, the notification may not appear automatically. In this case, follow the steps below:

  • A notification will ask you to install the app. Tap "Install":

The Eliona app will now appear on your home screen:

Open the link of your Eliona system (e.g.: https://kunde.eliona.cloud). This will take you to the login page. Tap on , to open the options:

Choose a name for the Eliona shortcut. For example, "Eliona" or "Eliona Smartassist". Then click :

Open the browser menu and click :
