In this chapter, you will learn how to add a BIM model and place assets in it, for example, monitoring sensors.

Open the main menu, BIM.
Locate the appropriate asset to be represented by the BIM and upload the IFC file.
Once the BIM model is loaded, it is displayed in the list. Note: Loading may take several minutes. You will be notified after successful upload.
After that, click "+ Add Asset".
Now perform the search for the assets to be placed in the BIM model.
To add a new BIM-Model, click on .

After the BIM has been uploaded, assets can be placed in the BIM. To do this, click on .
After adding the asset, click on and then click on a position in the model to place the selected asset. To do this, the model can be rotated, enlarged or reduced. Finally, click on .
