Companies with a large real estate portfolio or facility management providers usually only have building information available in tabular form. Maintaining a complete overview of data, statuses and locations is very challenging.
With Eliona, the entire real estate portfolio can be displayed on a map. In addition, 2D and 3D floor plans can be integrated into the map and linked to specific building data. This ensures complete control of all infrastructures.
In addition to the quick overview of all building-specific data, room states can also be monitored and controlled via the map or floor plans.
Example: You own different assets in different buildings. You place the assets of your plant in the map and link different floor plans in your buildings. You now have an overview of the localities where your asset components are located. With the help of the storey maps, you can locate the assets in more detail and view their data.
In the menu item "Map" all positions of the placed assets are displayed on an interactive map. In addition, floor plans can be added and assets can be positioned with pinpoint accuracy.
Alarms in the displayed area: Alarm overview by priority of assets displayed in the displayed map area.
Zoom: Click on the "+" and "-" buttons to enlarge or reduce the map.
