In Eliona, templates can be configured for escalation cases that are used by external messaging services, for example via SMS, Google Chat, Slack or email.
The templates are located under Settings, in the Templates submenu.
Name: Title list of the created templates.
Template: First, choose which template you want to set up.
Template design: Enter text for Custom Type. Otherwise, the default text appears.
Save: Click Save to apply changes.
Create Template: Click , to create a new template. A window will appear where you can enter the name.
Delete Template: Click , to remove the template.
Configure Template: Click the arrow to configure the template.
Type: Here you can choose between the Default Template and the Custom Template. Once you click , you can edit the text on the field Template design.
Delete Template: Click to remove the template.
Edit: Click to rename the template.
