The dashboard is a graphical interface on which the most important, individually configurable building KPIs are displayed at a glance. All desired building information is displayed across interfaces and allows direct control of the connected systems. A dashboard can be composed with different .

Instead of 100 different apps, plants, sensors and devices are monitored and controlled via 1 platform. With only one access, the overview is massively facilitated and facility management has a single point of information. In addition, interface problems can be bypassed, information from different protocols can be combined and evaluated together.

Example: You create a dashboard on which the current states of all blinds in your building are displayed. At the same time, you can use slider elements to control the blinds directly in your dashboard. In addition, you can display the weather and the current performance of the heating system on your dashboard.

  • Left column: First select between app or user dashboards. And then select the concerned owner or app with the desired dashboard.

  • Middle column: Select the dashboards that should be copied and assigned.

Click Add Widget in your dashboard.

Custom Widgets

The custom widget can be named arbitrarily and designated with an icon from the icon library.

To the newly created widget, you can add the appropriate elements that were discussed earlier in the elements overview. To do that, you just need to click on the +.

Dashboard: To access your dashboards, click on in the navigation bar .

Dashboards List: If you click on , you can access a list of all existing dashboards. Click on the name of the desired dashboard in the list to open it.

Widgets: Press to enter the widget management section. Learn more about this section in .

Copy to user: You can assign an existing dashboard to another user. After you click , you can select which user to copy the dashboard from and which user will receive a copy. Learn more about this section in .

More: The three-dot menu contains more commands related to the open dashboard, such as adding bookmarks, editing the dashboard name, copying and removing the dashboard.

Add Dashboard: To create a new dashboard, click . In the input field that opens, you can assign any name for your dashboard.

Dashboard List is a directory of all dashboards. To add folders, or subfolders, you can click on . To move dashboards and folders, you should press and hold the corresponding icon and move them.

To make dashboards accessible to other , you need to copy the dashboards. Dashboards of both apps and users can be copied and assigned.

Build your dashboard with any widgets you want. To customize your dashboard, you can add various widgets. With the help of widgets, you have the possibility to display data from your building or to control the digital infrastructure. Here you can find an overview of all the elements you can use for your dashboard. For a description of the widgets, go to the .

In the window that opens, all available widgets are displayed. In addition to the standard widgets, you have the possibility to create your own widgets. Learn more about this in the chapter "". Custom widgets will also be displayed in the "Add Widgets" window.

The desired widget can now be configured. First, select an for the widget title and (if an is pending for the selected , it will be indicated on the widget). Click in the field to bring up the list of existing assets and select the desired .

Each widget can display different data. See the chapter for an overview and explanation of all the elements. The following example adds a widget that displays the water temperature:

Different values can be displayed in this widget. To display the operating status, click in the Valuefield and search the corresponding .

An can have different values (data points). After the has been selected, the desired display value of the can be selected.

For each widget, the and its attribute(s) must be selected and the format of the displayed value must be specified.

Once all the desired values are selected, press . The widget will now be displayed in your dashboard.

Widgets can be created custom. Click the button in the upper menu bar of the Dashboard.

Now you will get to the overview of all custom and predefined widgets. To create a new custom widget, press the button .
