Contents of the chapter: Handling of SmartAssist

The SmartAssist function is a useful and clear helper in everyday smart building. On SmartAssist, you can display any views that you have created in Eliona. In addition, you can use SmartAssist on your smartphone and use augmented reality to scan AR codes via your camera and display data.

To access SmartAssist, enter the URL of your Eliona system in the browser and add "/sa" (example: https://customer.eliona.cloud/sa)

1. Navigation bar: In the navigation bar, all available views are displayed. Depending on the size of the screen used, some views are displayed directly. All other views can be called up under "Other". In the Settings, you have the possibility to change the order to display your favorites directly.

2. Notifications: SmartAssist will display your Eliona notifications. Click on the notifications icon to open it. It will show how many unread notifications are pending, and you can "Mark all as read":

1. Augmented Reality: Click on the Augmented Reality icon. If necessary, allow access to your smartphone or tablet camera. The camera will open, and you can now point the reference point at any AR codes to get information:

Where can I find an AR code? Click on the desired asset in the Asset Management and activate the checkbox "Activate AR Code". You can now download the AR code of the asset and place it as you wish. For a more detailed description, go to the Augmented Reality chapter.
