Suppressing Messages
This guide explains how to group alarm notifications.
In Eliona you have the option to receive alarm notifications. For this purpose, different notification providers are offered. You can find them under the main menu item Eliona Engineering in the section Notification Providers.
Each Notification Provider offers the option of Combining Alarms:
Click the pencil 
, so that you can enable or disable combining alarms. It is enough to check or uncheck the Active checkbox and click Save.
The field Timehold in seconds indicates the time period in which the number of alarms must occur to proceed with grouping. The field Alarms Amount specifies the number of alarms that must be reached within the defined time period to start grouping. Both fields are predefined and cannot be changed. In this example, if more than 5 alarms are reached in 1 second, the alarms will be grouped and a group message will be sent.
