Users can be created by the owner and administrators. These users are then assigned to a project with a role. This chapter explains the Engineering submenu Users.
My Profile: Click to open your profile.
Archive: Open the archive to view or restore the removed users.
Search function: Click to open the search function.
+ User: Create a new user.
Name: Sort the names alphabetically, descending/ascending.
Email: Sort the email addresses alphabetically, descending/ascending.
Role: Sort by roles.
Last Login: Sort by date of last login.
Tags: Show the tags of user.
Remove User: Click to remove the user.
Further details: Click the arrow or name to configure the user.
Information: The user details can be changed by clicking on the pencil icon.
Contacts: Determine here how the user should be contacted.
To manage the default location, you must first enter your own profile and then click on the gear icon.
In the search field, localities can also be entered for automatic search (Winterthur, Zurich, etc.).
Clicking the button will open the Add User window to create a new profile. Please fill in the necessary fields and confirm.
Removed users can be restored. To do this, open the archive and click on at the respective user.
When you click on the magnifying glass , a window opens on the right side, where you can enter your search criteria. You can search users by tags, roles, time interval from last login and using a keyword.
Then click on the pencil icon to edit the Default location field.
To define a custom area on the map, move the map so that it covers the desired area. The map can be moved with the electronic hand and the mouse wheel can be scrolled to zoom in or out, which also works with the zoom buttons . The icon is used for automatic localization by GPS.
